More advanced solutions for the production of jewellery: electroforming machines

electroforming_machinesOver recent years, electroforming has been gaining ground in the jewellery industry. Compared to traditional forming techniques, electroforming offers a high level of accuracy in the production of objects, with relative ease. Today high-tech electroforming machines are available on the market, and they are easy to use and extremely reliable.

The two machines which are able to use the most advanced systems for electroforming  gold alloys for jewellery and watches, are the Auroform Plus and Auroform Monolith. These two electroforming machines have different features, but they both guarantee maximum production efficiency.

They both offer several advantages in respect to other machines: they guarantee weighing precision, something that other electroforming machines have never been able to offer; the operational aspects have been developed with attention to the smallest detail; in addition to being highly durable and resistant to repeated use, they can be used and operated in complete safety.

How do the Auroform Plus and Auroform Monolith electroforming machines work, and in what way are they different?

Essentially the Auroform Plus consists of two modules: two electroforming tanks that share the weigh module (placed between them). The service module and all other devices involved in the operation of the system are located on the back of the machine. The main feature of the Auroform Plus resides in the operation of the two modules, which thanks to specifically designed modern software, are able to operate independently of each other while sharing the weighing function.

The Auroform Monolith, the result of years of experience in the field of electroforming machines, is an extremely innovative piece of equipment, characterised by the automatic operation of the entire system: the operator needs only insert the hanging frame into the specific compartment. This machine is capable of overcoming the inherent limitations of most existing machines, in which deposition and weighing generally take place in the same module; furthermore, the scale is adequately protected from the corrosive fumes emitted by the electrolyte.
